“ I have been to La Hacienda Real a few times and the food was always good. However, this last time I ordered the Chili Colorado. It was outstanding. Far better than I would have expected! ”
“ Portions are VERY generous. Unlimited options to choose from. If you don't see what you want ask, they are more than happy to accommodate your request. Prefer green sauce instead of red, just ask. If you're really hungry try the Molcajete #57 plenty for more than 1 person Whatever you decide you can't go wrong. Lunch Menu from 11am- 2:30pm. Don't forget your Margaritas are 2 for 1 from 3-9pm ENJOY ”
“ Hacienda Real Mexican Restaurant & Cantina has been one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Lafayette for years. My favorite meal with them is the Chicken Mole with a dark sauce infused with Mexican chocolate. It is hard to find and they do a great version of it. I don't get it this time, but also pictured is the Enchilada Supreme plate. With Chicken, Cheese, Beans, and beef with Queso on top. My picture doesn't do the food justice. ”

“ Went here for the first time for my birthday. It was about 7 pm. There weren’t many people in there which I like and we got seated quickly. The chips and salsa were really good. We got our food pretty quick. My sister and I ordered #33(?) with a beef and chicken chimichanga and they were great. The beef was a bit salty though. I stole a fry from my nephew and it needed some seasoning. Mother said her shrimp chimichanga was really enjoyable but is smaller amount than mine and my sisters. Overall, really good food and we would go there again ”
“ Very good and tasty food. It is authentic Mexican food. The staff is mostly family, and they provide great service. Regulars are treated like family.I had the beef taquitos plate and 2 marguaritas. I also like the chiles rejeno plate. They will be opening a new restaurant called Hacienda Real just down the street, toward Johnston. The same people from La Hacienda will work there, and the food quality will remain the same. Look for the grand opening in about 4 weeks. ”
“ This was my 4th time going. It's has always been Delicious and Fresh food! Excellent!!!! Service is nice. This last time service was Outstanding. The atmosphere needs help! I have always went with my crazy family or my best friends. So it was great w them. But this last time I wanted to get dressed up and go have a drink and a good meal. But when I walked in it was not inviting for how I was dressed it was not what I wanted to have drinks and good food. The atmosphere needs work. May be music that makes u wanna dance in your seat n you can hear or live music. Just a suggestion. I mean the food and staff are beautiful. Thanks for y'all great food and service. ”
